Eligibility for Refund

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

• Technical failure preventing report generation
• Duplicate payment by mistake
• Service not delivered within promised timeframe

Refund Process

Contact us within 7 days of purchase with your transaction details. We'll process refunds within 5-7 business days.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind after report delivery
• High similarity scores (we only detect, not fix)
• Already used credits
